Tod’s Blonde - Little Valley - 5.0% ABV. B+ and a touch, malty with a hint of sherry like taste. Dry, slightly fruity, bitter finish #ale #beer #bier
3.1/5. Another 5.0% start to the day. Not sure it’s at its best but at £1.69 a Pint, who’s complaining? Good to be back in Newport.

White Dwarf - Oakham Ales - 4.3% ABV. B+ and a bit, malty with a complex hop base. Dry leading into a gentle fruit bitterness in the finish #ale #beer #bier
3.3/5. A quality Pale Ale on a very sunny Saturday Beano. Getting a strong lingering bitterness now. Despite all, life is good.
