Beers Of The Beano - Saturday 07 September 2024

How far to travel? How early to start and is the Project coming along? Overnight flooding into a very Autumnal Saturday Beano. Caerphilly and starting in the Malcolm Uphill.

Malcolm Uphill Plaque just outside Caerphilly Station

Across the road from the Malcolm Uphill Pub

There is a always to queue outside the Malcolm Uphill. Mostly hardened drinkers and people getting a breakfast before travelling. As the bar now opens at 09:00, hardened drinks now drink Coffee.

A lighting cluster made from motorcycling lights in the Malcolm Uphill Pub.

Toilets are upstairs of course

I managed not to lose my CAMRA 50p off voucher, this time. Lots of Lattes to start the day. The WiFi is really slow.

A pint of Time Bandit from Brightside infront of it's Hand Pump.

Minus 50p
